Men and Women who want to lose weight and feel better. The challenge is designed for those of you who don’t know what to do or where to start when it comes to losing weight and getting into better shape.

It’s designed to take out all the guess work using a professionally designed meal plans, home workout plans and the resources you need to succeed.

If you've been "out of the game" for awhile or if you're a beginner and don't know what to do or where to start, this challenge is for you!

How Does The Challenge Work?

To take part in the 30 Day Belly Be Gone Challenge, you will need to register and sign up. Once paid, you will be registered for the next challenge.


I will email you your BBG program (meal plan, grocery list, workout routines and charts) 4 to 5 days prior to the challenge start date.

Your Belly Be Gone program will contain instructions and what you need to do to prepare for the challenge (which I will email you 4 to 5 days prior to the challenge). Simple go over the introduction and instructions on what to do and how to prepare.

I will send you a special link that you can use to sign up to the Belly Be Gone closed Facebook group.  The Belly Be Gone Challenge Facebook group will have plenty of resources, recipes, tips and valuable information for you.

How Much Does It Cost?

The cost is $59.95 per participant until Tuesday, February 23 2023. After that date, the price to register is $69.95. To register and reserve your spot, see this page here.

When Does The Next Challenge Start?

The next Belly Be Gone Challenge is slated to start on Monday, October 17, 2022 . Once you register for the upcoming Belly Be Gone Challenge I will add you to the list of participants and your spot for the upcoming Belly Be Gone Challenge will be reserved.

Who Can Register?

Anyone can apply! If you are under the age of 18 you will need approval from your parent (s) or guardian. Here's an idea, why not do the challenge with them!!

Do you have a group of peeps or family who want to do the challenge? Contact me for special group rates.

Once I Sign Up For A Challenge Am I Eligible For Other Challenges?

No, each challenge is different with different prizes and themes. Once you sign up for a challenge, your registration is only eligible for that challenge and can’t be rolled into subsequent challenges.

Are The Meal Plans Low Sugar?

All meal plans are very low in sugar and starchy carbohydrates. The meal plans in your Belly Be Gone Challenge are low to moderate carbohydrate. These plans are generally safe for anyone, including diabetics. The range is between 60 and 125 grams of daily carbohydrates for all meal plans.

The meal plans are also low in sodium, usually under 2.5 grams of sodium per day.

Check with you Doctor to be on the safe side.

What Kind of Results Can I expect?

I can't promise you any kind of result because that is totally up to you. However, past participants who have followed the program to the tee lost on average 11 pounds in 30 days. We've had participants lose 15, 20, 25 pounds in 30 days. Some participants have lost as much as 29 pounds and over 10 total inches.

Can I Use Other Meal Plans or Exercise Plans

Certainly, feel free to incorporate other exercises. Get as creative as you want with your meals. If you want to go for the prizes and want to use other programs, please do so.

Can I Purchase Past Belly Be Gone Programs?

If you can't wait for the next official challenge and want to get the awesome results from the Belly Be Gone Challenge program, you can also purchase it. It is the exact same program that the past participants have followed! All you need to do is send me an email at:

Are My Photos Shared With Anyone?

No, never. If you enter the official Belly Be Gone Challenge (for prizes), I will never share your photos or information with anyone WITHOUT your permission. I don't mess around with participants private information and keep that under strict lock and key.

Are The Fitness Routines Difficult?

No. The home dumbbell routines have been designed for the beginner. However, please keep in mind that they are progressive meaning they get slightly more difficult with each passing week. With that in mind, the routines will not exhaust you. They are "just enough" to activate your muscular system without exhausting your central nervous system so you can keep functioning with your daily activities without feeling drained.

The cardio exercises are all low impact. They are safe for your joints and tendons. There is no hopping, jumping or skipping. The exercises will allow you to "work up a good sweat" without putting your body at risk.

Do I Need Any Special Gym Equipment?

No special equipment need. However, you will need some dumbbells, (maybe a yoga mat - optional) and some space.

For women, I suggest a pair of 5 and 10 pound dumbbells.

For men, I suggest a pair of 10 and 15 pound dumbbells.

So, The Belly Be Gone Plan Will Tell Me Exactly What I Need To Do?

Yep, there is no guessing when you need to eat, what to eat, when to exercise or what to do. The Belly Be Gone Challenge Plan lays it all out for you. All you have to do is follow the plan.

What's Different About The Belly Be Gone Challenge Than With Other Weight Loss Programs?

First, you can actually get a hold of me, the owner (Blake Bissaillion) and ask me questions without added cost. I have over 35 years direct experience. Unlike most programs, you have access to me, the owner (and someone who knows what they are doing).


You never have to go digging around trying to find someone to ask your question. I make it easy for you to contact me or get answers to your questions (in a timely manner).


Second, this isn't your traditional "weight loss" program. This is a body transformation program. You will not only lose weight but you will learn how to burn fat and tone your body at the same time. The body transformation process can be tricky but fortunately, you have access to someone who knows how to do it!

Third, you don't have to fork out thousands each month for a qualified personal trainer! I will be with you every step of the way during your 30 day transformation journey. You will have access to my 35 years of experience and knowledge and you get this for only 50 bucks. I can charge much, much more but I want to keep this challenge affordable for everyone!


Losing weight is a relatively simple process but understanding how to transform is something totally different. I know the body transformation process inside and out and have been doing it for over 35 years.

I Don't Want To Enter The Contest Portion, Do I Have To?

No, the official Belly Be Gone Challenge Contest is totally optional. If you don't want to enter, you don't have to. You can still follow the program and use the private Facebook group. If you want to enter the contest for cash prizes, by all means go for it!

Do I Need To Take Special Supplements?

No, you don't need to buy or take any special supplements. I do include smoothie recipes in your Belly Be Gone Challenge meal plan which include protein powders. It is totally optional for you to use and include protein powders in your smoothie recipes.

Again, supplements are not needed.
