"I have struggled with my weight since I had my first child, 12 years ago. I have tried all kinds of weight loss plans but I always ended up back where I started. I was overweight and defeated and then I stumbled upon The Belly Be Gone Challenge and my new life journey started. 


I joined Blake’s 30 day challenge and I loved it from day 1! The meal plan was simple and delicious and the exercise plans were easy to follow and I could do them from the comfort of my own home! Blake was there every step of the way with educational live videos and friendly support!


This 30 day challenge changed my life and jump started my health and wellness transformation. I was never one to exercise and now I find myself looking forward to my workouts!

I suffer from psoriatic arthritis and was taking some very strong meds which I stopped taking last year. I was in a lot of pain and always exhausted and tired. “The Belly Be Gone challenge was awesome! It was well planned out and gave me the tools to help me follow through with my goals! There were things I could not do because of health issues but Blake helped me with modifying my routine.

The food part was great there were substitutes that help because I am a bit picky lol. The group was always encouraging me and I know for everyone else too! I’m now on to the second phase loving every moment of it. I needed this for my health.

I joined Belly Be Gone back in November 2021, not exactly sure how this was going to go. First off, I was amazed at the comradery, immediately from the participants.


Blake responded, and got back to all our concerns and questions right away. It felt like, at least to me, we had our own one-on-one dietician, trainer and mascot cheering us all on.


Blake had weekly sessions where he’d answer our questions and comments that maybe had built up over the week, and go in-depth with some of the understanding around these issues, and I had my share of issues, concerns, and not to mention cravings!


Was able to follow the meal plan after a few days with ease, and throughout the weeks, Blake introduced other menu plans, and cook books, smoothie recipes, just everything needed to give your best shot at the belly be gone.


The workout plan was also very adaptable and agreed with any level of fitness. I added in extra cardio when I could and the results showed.


I can not speak more highly of this program, I would recommend it to anyone, even if your goal isn’t to lose weight, but just to meet some awesome people and get connected to an amazing person and trainer!
